We had such a great experience at Mercedes Benz of Annapolis. We had visited another Mercedes Benz dealership the day before and didn't have a pleasurable experience, so we weren't sure what to expec Annapolis. However, we got a great first impression of Mercedes Benz of Annapolis from our sales rep, Casey Duffy. He was personable and explained everything to us. He wasn't too aggressive or pushy, but calm and relaxed as he walked us through each process. The dealership had an excellent sale going on the day we bought the vehicle so we were able to get our 2010 E350 at a great price and low interest rate. The financing rep, Tom Stancavage, was funny and honest with us. He was transparent in showing us how we could get the lowest monthly payment. As a parting gift, they gave us two Mercedes Benz key chains and a pen. During the process my husband and I mentioned how hungry we were, so Casey gave us a card to a local seafood restaurant in the area. I highly recommend this dealership to other consumers. More
