My wife and i walked in without an appointment and we were approached by Michael Benso to ask if he may be of assistance or could he help us find a specific individual. This was comforting in that he was offering to arrange for either himself or someone else to assist us. I suggested that Michael was the one that should assist us which he promptly helped us view available vehicles. Michael spent approximately 2 hours with us on our first visit then another hour when my wife returned. He responded appropriately to my request and my questions. Mr. Benso introduced us to Drew, the sales manager, and between Michael, Drew and ourselves we were able to finalize the sale of our new to us mercedes. The dealer is rated very highly because of the actions of Mr Benso and the sales manager Drew because simply put the employees are the dealership. Despite the fact that we were unfamiliar with the 2012 ML350's features and were unsure of exactly what we wanted, Doug was incredibly patient as he joined us in our (complicated and somewhat perplexing) decision-making process. Doug proved to be knowledgeable and trustworthy as he answered countless questions, explained every aspect of the car (often several times), and helped us find a car with our desired combination of options. As customers in the process of switching brands (we'd previously owned 3 Lexus SUVs), we were particularly grateful for Doug's willingness to let us go about this process at our own pace—we were never hurried or pressured—which is exactly what we would hope for from a luxury brand. Happily, we found all staff we encountered to be friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful. More
