Despite the fact that the vehicle was a Ford truck, not the typical vehicle found at a MB dealership, Casey did his homework and obtained as much information on the vehicle as he could to make a fantastic presentation of it. My first visit to Mercedes of Annapolis was earlier March, while I admit I arrived 10 minutes before closing, when I walked into the dealership I saw a couple of salesman just standing around but no on March, while I admit I arrived 10 minutes before closing, when I walked into the dealership I saw a couple of salesman just standing around but no one ever asked my husband and I if they could assist us. “Red flag for me” but never the less I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Finally, after browsing around in the showroom about 5 minutes the finance person came out to explain that they were closing and she took my information and said someone would contact me from sales, well that never happen. Anyway, one week later I decided to revisit this dealership “but only” after discovering that they had the best deal in the area on the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Honestly, it worked out well in terms of getting what I wanted but my overall experience was somewhat “mediocre”. However, I do what to be fair to the salesman Doug B. who really answered all my up-front questions as well as demonstrating professionalism through the entire process. Kudos to Doug.. Lastly, I almost feel compelled to mention the finance person Michelle. She was very aggressive, forceful, and not pleasant to work with at all. In fact, at one point during my interaction with her I wanted to drop the deal and walkout!!!! But never the less I kept calm and finished the deal. I hope no one ever has to encounter the type of treatment I endured with this young lady. It was horrible. More
