This was a good buying experience. All the representatives at Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis were professional and provided outstanding customer service. Once, I arrived at the dealership, the receptionist was able to place me with a sales associate within 2 minutes. My husband and I had an opportunity to look at the car we saw online as well as other available used cars. We test drove the Infiniti FX35 and a 2008 ML350. we were able to talk openly with the sales representative about what type of vehicle we were looking for and the price range our budget could afford as far as financing. We chatted about fuel economy, service, maintenance and warranty options. Special thanks to Derek, Tom, Doug and Michelle for being professional, friendly and honest. More

His follow up and follow throught was impeccable; at no point in the process did I have to run behind Chris. The best part was I never felt pressured at any time! I was even more impressed with the fact that I was treated with respect and not dismissed or taken advantage of since I was a woman (alone at the time) buying a car. Prior to walking in the door I had done some serious research and Chris confirmed everything I knew, even giving me additional info to consider. Trade-in value offered was phenomenal! Needless to say I did purchase the car and LOVE IT! During delivery of the car Chris never rushed the process and was very detailed; even though I previously owned the same type of car...which was great because we learned about a lot of new features and Chris stayed way pass closing (never once complained). He even took the time to set up our cell phones. As if thing could not get any better...when we left the dealership we were in the process of putting in a destination in the navigation...well long story short we pulled over a few blocks to finish. This car pulls up in front of us and here comes this man (remember it's late)...it was Chris checking on us to ensure we were alright and everything was ok with the car. That level of caring and customer service is almost extinct in this day and age. Chris Tarsa and MB of Annapolis is the only place for my family and I to buy cars...we'll be back in a few months for my husband's car. Also I have to menion Tom Stancavage; awesome guy who ensured the financial process was smooth, easy and fun! Who would have thought giving up so much money could be so much fun (CRAZY)! KUDOS!!! My husband and I went into the Mercedes Dealership in Annapolis with the intention of just looking at a suv for me. Steve McElroy - no pressure tactics, went out of his way to research the used car's service history and warranty information. I researched the car I wanted for 3 months; this dealer had the best price withi to research the used car's service history and warranty information. Negotiated price over a couple of emails. Steve and Michelle even got me a very low interest rate. Came to the dealer the next day to sign paperwork, within 30 mins. we were driving home the car I've been dreaming of for years. Steve McElroy had excellent knowledge of Mercedes products and allowed me to test car for one day before buying and then got me in and out of sale in one hour. What a great experience! I started online and got an immediate response with exactly the information I asked for - no "call me and let me try to help you" like many others. So I e-mailed with a few more questions, again getting prompt responses and decided this was the dealership I wanted to visit. Well, of course I was not intending to walk away with a new Mercedes on the first visit; but not just Doug, but several other employees stopped by, introduced themselves and wanted to see how they could help and they all wanted to make me feel comfortable with the price and car that I was looking to buy. There was a definite effort to agree on a price that I had in mind. Bottom line, I had my car in the garage within a few days! Now mind you I haven't figured out all the gadgets, but have been assured I can stop by any time and as many times as needed. Now I'm a little obsessive - found a little scuff. "No problem - bring it in and we'll take care of it." I love it! Thanks to the crew at the Annapolis Mercedes dealership. I hope my experience with service, when the time comes, is a great as sales.
