Recent service Mr. Chuck Leyman is my only service rep. One time I made a boo boo and walked in with an issue and didn't really at the understand how he is like my c Mr. Chuck Leyman is my only service rep. One time I made a boo boo and walked in with an issue and didn't really at the understand how he is like my car's personal primary care physician. I wasn't pleased with the service received at that time honestly. I haven't made that mistake since. I have been Mr. Leyman's client for a little over four years. Always virtually painless, even when I have to spend some money:) Greets all of his clients by name when they enter the center with a smile. Makes wait comfortable if you choose to wait or sets you up with a cool loaner that almost makes you want to buy a new Benz on the spot, but....it's cool anyway. Yep Mr. Leyman is the best! More
