Sean provided excellent customer service!! My Mercedes was towed to the service center one night after closing. I was nervous about the care it would have and the cost as I was new to Annapolis. Sean call was towed to the service center one night after closing. I was nervous about the care it would have and the cost as I was new to Annapolis. Sean called the next morning to let me know that he was caring for my car, told me the process for finding the cause of the problem, and gave me some idea of the cost involved. He gave me his direct number so I could call or text if I had a question and he was immediately available when I did call. The process allayed all my fears. Sean was courteous, kind, patient, and very professional. After this experience, I will only use Mercedes-Benz of Annapolis for all of my car needs. More
