Service Department With the recent purchase of my third unit I recognize that the primary reason is the service. Chuck always greets my arrival with a smile, a handshake and a query with what can he do for me. Once that formality is completed and I have poured myself a cup of freshly brewed coffee, Rodd Bowman finds me with the same unsheltered smile and an extended hand to greet me. He already knows that Chuck has my needs covered but Rodd just wants to know how I'm doing and if there is anything he can do for me. Why would you not return to this dealership to continue a relationship you cherish. These are great people who genuinely care about you and about your car. Don't forget, for every day you spend buying a car you spend multiple days having it serviced. More

Happy New Year! As always, Alex, has never disappointed me. He's AMAZING! He always upfront with me regarding any cost as well as he's readily available if I have questions about my vehicle. The MB of Annapolis Service Center has cared for ...both the Mercedes I have owned to date, a 2013 SLK 350 and a 2017 AMG C63 Cabriolet (now that is a car and a half). Chuck Leyman has been my servic ...both the Mercedes I have owned to date, a 2013 SLK 350 and a 2017 AMG C63 Cabriolet (now that is a car and a half). Chuck Leyman has been my service adviser for both vehicles and has been a true pleasure to work with. He is unfailingly available, agreeable, jocular and prompt, even when obviously busy. Drop offs, loaners and pick ups come off as promised, and things are done right the first time. The servicing at this facility (and I adore the free car washes) is so superior that it will weight very heavily in my consideration as to the make of auto I will purchase when replacing my current fire-breather. I would unconditionally recommend this facility to all MB owners in the area, Dr D More
