Awesome! Our First Mercedes-Benz I visited Rusnak about a year ago and met Katrin Bassenger, or Kat as everyone calls her, and I made the decision then that I would return when I was I visited Rusnak about a year ago and met Katrin Bassenger, or Kat as everyone calls her, and I made the decision then that I would return when I was ready to purchase my first Benz. I returned in early November 2018 after being approved for a decent car loan, and I reconnected with Kat. She and Ken in the Finance department looked over the credit union's offer and terms. They were able to help me better understand the loan terms, and they worked to help me make the best decisions for my situation. Kat and Ken kept in constant contact with the credit union representative to try to finalize my car loan and get me my car. Due to miscommunication and unreliable customer service at Alliant credit Union, the original loan was reduced and eventually canceled. At this point, we began to feel like we weren't going to be able to get the car we wanted. Kat would not give up on our dream car, and she convinced us to let Ken try to get us approved for the car through Mercedes-Benz Financing. Ken worked his magic, and we received a favorable approval the same day that the credit union canceled on us. We went to finalize the process of purchasing our car, and there was no hassle or extra negotiating required. The team was friendly and enthusiastic, and every one was just as happy as we were to see us get the car we really wanted. We are now the proud owners of a 2016 Mercedes S550 with low milage and fully loaded. Kat made sure to keep us updated and motivated throughout the entire process, and she even walked us through every feature on the car. We will definitely be returning to Rusnak in Arcadia for all of our future auto purchases! Kat and Ken made the process positive and easy to understand, and they exhausted every resource to see us satisfied. More
