Great deal & customer experience I ordered a custom build of 2018 GLC300 from Mercedes Benz of Arcadia after three other Mercedes dealerships (Ontario, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica I ordered a custom build of 2018 GLC300 from Mercedes Benz of Arcadia after three other Mercedes dealerships (Ontario, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica) had failed to offer reasonable deals and/or placing a factory order. Mercedes of Arcadia was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. I already knew the exact options I wanted on the car and the price I was willing to pay. They gladly accepted my terms and assisted all the way through. When the time came to pick up the car, all the documents were ready for me to sign. The process was quick and easy. No hidden fees or last minute change of terms. The finance team was an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend Mercedes Benz of Arcadia enough! Satisfied clients of Rusnak Arcadia :) Went to Rusnak Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia last week to check on their 2018 GLC 350e 4matic Plug-in Hybrid. We were hoping to see Randy and luckily, he Went to Rusnak Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia last week to check on their 2018 GLC 350e 4matic Plug-in Hybrid. We were hoping to see Randy and luckily, he was there :) Randy immediately called Stephanie Santos to assist us. Upon meeting Stephanie, you'll immediately feel her warm, friendly, and positive vibes. We test drove the car and she started mentioning the amazing features of the GLC 350e plug-in Hybrid. Her extreme knowledge on that particular mid-size SUV was impressive. My husband couldn't wait till we had the car. We mentioned our budget and within that same evening, Stephanie and Randy (her manager) were able to accommodate our various requests and worked on our budget. Stephanie has very good people and communications skills. She will work with the clients' needs and budget, which was very important for us. Also, even after the lease purchase, she called and texted just to check on us, the GLC, and if we needed further assistance. Stephanie is very detail oriented. She even took care of our HOV stickers. She has a pleasing personality. With her stellar service, she is definitely an asset to Rusnak Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia. Brian Wong made the final paper work go smoothly and processed efficiently. Although it was a long evening, we were happy and left Rusnak Arcadia satisfied, driving home their very first GLC 350e 4matic Plug-in. MBZ USA has been notified but i don't think it matters. I just don' get whats the hidden motive... just help out the MBZ customer and as an authorized MBZ dealer, just honor the repair..... More

No idea who writes these things. Joke of a salesman No way this guy is 5 stars and I don't think many even review these honestly. It seems employees or something write them and you can't trust them. Here is my story of this guy: Went in a random weekend day before closing. This guy was the one who helped me. Inquired about why I didn't hear back from and I was told that my offer was too low and they don't even bother to call you back. Very classy. So Tyler here helps me out and looks up the offer I asked, and told me why they never got back to me. Goes on to tell me about his long history selling Benz and so forth like it really matters to me. I explained to him I contacted my dealers before going to them and the offer was unrealistic. Yeah sure. He said he will go talk to his boss to get me a "real quote". I ended up browsing around and his offer came. Ended up being 100+ more with a good discount but made up for the discount on hidden mark ups. Usual dealer games. I told him his price was too high and this is "the best I will ever get". We go back and forth for awhile and nothing happens. He keeps wanting me to come in and said I am already there. After being too polite, I walked off. He would also not give me the quote, fearing that I will use it to shop. The paper quote he gave me was not good enough to use in the restroom. Joke on this guy, I ended up getting my car from out of state, at a better price than this place. Don't buy a car from this guy OR from this dealership. Cars are overpriced and the people who buy here are people with too much money and not enough sense. Tyler here probably failed clown college. More
