The Best or Nothing????? A couple days ago, I came to get a few imperfections taken care of that were on my vehicle when I bought it about a month ago. When I made the servic A couple days ago, I came to get a few imperfections taken care of that were on my vehicle when I bought it about a month ago. When I made the service appointment, I requested a loner car while they were taking care of my car and they said they will happily issue me a loner. I then took in my vehicle and was running a little late because I was stuck in traffic and when I arrived, I was told that they could not issue me a loner because I was late. The service manager was not there at the moment so the lady at the front desk had me speak to the sales manager. He then told me how expensive it is to give out a loner and that there was nothing wrong with my car and to take it home without even looking at the car. I have never experienced such horrible customer service and am shocked that this is at a Mercedes Benz dealership. I will not be coming back to this dealership. More

In a nut shell they never called me to tell me my car was complete, I was the one constantly trying to reach someone to know the status of my vehicle. Looking online I found that though Rusnak was not in close proximity, it has ratings of good customer service. Look, I just wanted someone to call me when I needed to pick up my car and keep me updated if they need my approval for anything (nothing out of the ordinary). I was NOT disappointed. I had scheduled the service on my birthday (first available appointment). Upon arriving, Micheal introduced himself and I was quickly ushered to my service rep. Forms took about 5 minutes, when it was discovered it was my birthday. News spread and it was nice that everyone was wishing my a happy day. I made my way to the desk to get a courtesy vehicle, only to be surprised that I got to drive a gorgeous convertible for the day. Mike and Mike went out of their way to ensure that though my service is schedule to take 4-5 hours, they would have it earlier so I would miss traffic on my way home. WOW!!! No later than 3 hours later I was updated with a pick-up time and made my way back. Upon checking out I was gifted with a gorgeous Bouquet of flowers for my birthday. I felt SPOILED. I joked that I was going to expect this for every oil change. Never going anywhere else for service, and probably not going anywhere else when I need a new car. Thanks EVERYONE! More

Great experience! I worked with Joseph and over the course of a couple of days, negotiated the purchase of my car. He was absolutely fantastic and I have to say that it was, hands down, the most pleasant purchase experience I’ve ever had. Although we certainly had opposing agendas (he wanting to sell the car for as much as he could, and me wanting to pay as little as possible, of course! 😊), he could not have been more pleasant, respectful, professional, personable and polite throughout the entire process. I would absolutely consider purchasing a car from Rusnak/Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to refer someone there for the same purpose ~ and to seek out Joseph, of course, if he was available!
