The first of hopefully many interactions with Rusnak I have leased/purchased high end cars for decades. Over time, I have regrettably learned to recoil from the process of negotiating a fair price, incl I have leased/purchased high end cars for decades. Over time, I have regrettably learned to recoil from the process of negotiating a fair price, including many times of calmly walking away from the table after being taken advantage of. Also regrettably, these experiences have put the men and women who work for car dealerships in a very bad light in my eyes, which I absolutely know is a prejudice on my part. Now that I am done with the above negativity, I will share that Rusnak of Arcadia gave me an experience that I am still pinching myself to know if this really happened. Well it did, and then some! My first interaction with this dealership was with Denise Justice. This woman was low key in her demeanor and within my "suspicious of every car dealer" brain, my gut knew that I hit paydirt. She is one class act, who loves her career of putting folks into amazing cars. So what do you do, after negotiating your deal? Why, you head to the finance department. Oh God, I've just said a bad word, haven't I? Well enter Brian Wong, and let me tell you something....he is hands down, as good (make that "great") as it gets. Another low key personality, and such a gentleman. It was an absolutely seamless experience dealing with Brian. He went the extra mile for me when I made a decision after driving my gorgeous vehicle home. With not a drop of taking advantage of my situation, he allowed me to add on another 6 months to my contract. Now I'm all over the Rusnak brand, as whoever is the head of this auto group, clearly is either ethical him/herself, or smart enough to only hire ethical people....or maybe he/she is both! A shout out here to Kyle who has spent generous time teaching me all about my new electric car, as well as Stephanie who pinch hit for Kyle, when he was not available. This dealership earned my present business, and surely will in the future. More
