I have been a longtime Mercedes-Benz customer. Recently, I visited the service center because I had an issue with one of my wheels and needed warranty service. I arrived a little earlier than m Recently, I visited the service center because I had an issue with one of my wheels and needed warranty service. I arrived a little earlier than my appointment time, and the person assisting customers at the front kindly introduced me to Mr. TK Kim. He was very kind, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the issue with my vehicle as well as the expected pickup time. Later that afternoon, he also explained in detail when I would likely be able to pick up my car the next day. The following day, I received a call from Mr. TK Kim letting me know that the repair had been completed earlier than expected. He was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. However, after that, when I went to the cashier counter to finalize the invoice, an older white lady at the counter completely ruined my experience. She was rude, seemed annoyed by customers, and her attitude was so unpleasant that it would not have been surprising if an argument had started. I sincerely hope I do not have to deal with her again on my next visit. That being said, thank you very much, Mr. TK Kim. You were excellent, and I truly appreciate your outstanding service. More
