It was a certified preowned car with less t I bought a 2018 Mercedes Benz C class car from @AtlClassicCars July 24, 2018. We got a clean carfax on it. It was a certified preowned car with less than 5,000 miles on it. My husband has had to bring it back for multiple repairs over the past 15 months. We have put 12,000 miles on the car in 15 months. The car is extremely well maintained. We decided we might want to sell it due to the constant problems. We were tired of taking it in (a 45 minute drive each way) every time another problem was discovered. While at a car dealer this week, they ran a carfax on our car which revealed it had been in an accident with moderate damage, 6 months before we purchased the car. It was owned by Atlanta Classic Cars at the time of the accident. We would never buy a car that had been in an accident. We want a refund of the current fair market value of the car. The general manager, Casey Newton, admitted that the car had been in an accident and the dealership did the repair. He did not know why the carfax that they had done when we bought the car failed to disclose the accident. Casey offered us $5,000 less than the fair market value, which is unacceptable. More

I went with a co-worker for support. I inquired about the vehicle in the showroom. The following day I picked out another vehicle. This is my very first MB. I have heard a lot of great things about MB. I am not too pleased because I just found out that I cannot listen to music because I do not have a GPS system. While the GPS system is working, music or news stations cannot be played. This is a 2018 MB. I have to use my phone or pay extra for a GPS to be placed in my vehicle. Mr. Hodges and Mr. Lewis were great. Mr. Joe Nabors called me 10/12/19 to berate and belittle me because I asked Mr. Hodges to be on the lookout for a vehicle with mileage less than 7000. He mentioned that these two employees worked hard for me. Mr. Nabors was not there when the deal was made. I have until Thursday to make a decision. After the GPS situation, I was completely floored. I was extremely satisfied with Mr. Hodges and Mr. Lewis, but I was told after my conversation with Mr. Nabors who is the sales manager to say something about it. The individual that asked me to come with her was treated unprofessionally by Mr. Nabors. She was ready to purchase a vehicle. That will not be happening. I gave Mr. Hodges and Mr. Lewis the opportunity to work with me. If Mr. Nabors was present on the day that I purchased my vehicle and he treated me the way that he did on Saturday, there definitely would not have been a deal. That was not professionalism. More

Nathan the manager was great as well and able to answer any questions we had that was outside of Finn’s experience. Phillip in finance went through the paperwork quickly and informatively. Connor, I think that was his name, walked us through all the “how-to’s” of the vehicle and was so knowledgeable. I really recommend anyone in the market for a MB to check this dealership out. More
