Best in class We were looking for a compact luxury SUV for my wife and ended up at Atlanta Classic Cars. Finn Misa at ACC was absolutely exceptional in all possible We were looking for a compact luxury SUV for my wife and ended up at Atlanta Classic Cars. Finn Misa at ACC was absolutely exceptional in all possible ways! Not having bought an MB previously, he took us in hand, had cars ready to show us against our previously advised requirements, spent well over 4 hours taking us through the features of the vehicle, explained all the possible vehicle options and financing, and gave us hard data to back up each decision. We ended up with my wife’s highly preferred vehicle, and he even got us a great price. Have to say the other people at the dealership were absolutely exceptional. There was zero pressure to buy things we did not want, everything was explained over and over again in detail, and every question was answered in detail. Extremely knowledgeable & detail oriented salesperson ! I visited Atlanta Classic cars to begin my search of a larger Mercedes (I am a current Mercedes owner). I had a fantastic experience with a super co I visited Atlanta Classic cars to begin my search of a larger Mercedes (I am a current Mercedes owner). I had a fantastic experience with a super consultative rep, Finn Misa. The questions Finn asked me, and the information he shared showed me that he truly cares about finding the best fit for me (and all of his clients). He is also extremely knowledgeable about leasing, which was important to me, because I had not leased a vehicle before. I also met with the pre-owned sales manager, Steve Fraley, who was also very professional, kind and caring. I test drove several vehicles as I needed to narrow down which Mercedes fits the best for me. Their inventory was excellent! At this point, I would not even need to visit another Mercedes Benz. I felt cared for and respected and know that this is a team of people who truly wants to help me, with no pressure. Very positive experience, beautiful and immaculate dealerships (both pre-owned certified and new), and great consultative sales rep in Finn Misa. I will definitely be back in to see Finn Misa again. Excellent Customer Service I walked into this dealership off the street without an appointment and Finn Misa was there to help me. he did an excellent job of showing me all of t I walked into this dealership off the street without an appointment and Finn Misa was there to help me. he did an excellent job of showing me all of the features of the new MB model i was interested in and even took me to their used car lot to look at a service loaner they had for sale. I plan on following up with Finn when i can bring my wife in to look at the model we are considering. We had an unresolved issue about the kind of fuel required for the car i am considering.The day after i visited the dealership Finn emailed me to follow up on clarifying the issue about the gasoline which i appreciated. We havent decided about purchasing a car yet, but if we do i have no doubt Finn and this dealership will continue to provide exceptional service. More

Finn is really hands on he have call me a few time to check on me and my new car I really feel appreciated, I feel like it didn’t just sell a car we build a friendship..
