She knew everything about our "special order" vehicle, she kept us very well informed, and when we came to pick up the vehicle, she was awesome! By that we mean that her knowledge of the functions, technological and mechanical, her one on one instructions on all the features and capabilities were all encompassing and amazing! She lives & breathes this great product, Mercedes Benz! Her style and manner, her humor, made us feel very comfortable asking the many questions that most new car buyers need to know. The dealership is awesome! Well thought out design, clean, user-friendly and the service facility which included 50+ service bays, with customer lounges, TV's, bistro, you name it, was exceptional as was the personnel and their friendliness and knowledge. I'll be back for another vehicle and if I lived in this State I would definitely be servicing my vehicle here, oh and they are available for any assistance I might need with my local dealer in Florida!!! The entire team was awesome and made my dream come true in such short order...it almost took my breath away :-) I will always refer them to everyone I know looking for a great experience either buying or leasing a Mercedes Benz! I live very close to another "un-named" dealership & I will not be going there, again! Deplorable Service Department - Awesome Sales Process If I could rate this service department with 0 stars I would. Let me caution all buyers who are contemplating purchasing a MB from this dealer. Firs If I could rate this service department with 0 stars I would. Let me caution all buyers who are contemplating purchasing a MB from this dealer. First off the sales process is awesome, but the service department is absolutely awful. I have purchased two Mercedes Benz's from this dealer (CLS550 and CLA250) and it takes a week to get an appointment from the service department. This is not my first attempt at trying to schedule service in fact all four times I have called the standard default is 1 week as much as 2 weeks to do the most minor of things. You are better off buying a F-150 from a service perspective. Again the sales department is great, but the service department is a flipping joke. The service manager would not even return my call, rather sends me a silly email asking me to rate my experience and hence this review. After spending $135K you would think they would treat their customers better. More

I called my favorite sales person only to discover she was in Germany taking delivery of a new MB; however, I wanted to determine if the timing was right to purchase a new SLK for my wife. I took a chance and stopped by Atlanta Classic Cars anyway and met David Widholz at the desk for the first time. It was almost 2:30 after I explained my situation to David so I only expected to walk away with some figures that day. David immediately assessed my current situation, retrieved the vehicle my wife was interested in, and put together a deal that I could not resist by 4:00. My experience at Atlanta Classic Cars has always been enjoyable whether making a purchase or servicing my vehicle.
