I had stopped by to just look at a used car for maybe a future purchase. The sales associate (Keith Lothrop) was extremely friendly and informative. There was no pressure which I appreciated. He answered all my many questions and truthfully and professionally addressed my concerns and objections. He offered me a fair price and then continued to try and make "the deal" work for me. After 5 hours of patiently dealing with my "ups and downs" Keith was finally able to make it work for me. I felt the car orientation was very thorough and not rushed. Keith has even answered a few more questions by phone.I feel that Keith and the dealership will be there for me when needed. This is my first Mercedes and frankly I was hesitant to purchase one. I have had good luck with previous Japanese luxury cars and hope the good service from car and dealer continues with this car. I am off to a good start! More
