Purchased the car that day and brought it home with me with agreement that when the parts came in I would bring the car back for installation - I thought I would have to follow up to keep the ball rolling as I have had to do with other dealerships in the past - I couldn't have been more wrong - Jim called me two days later to say all the parts were in and to schedule the installation the next day. Jim insisted on being there when I brought the car in and when I picked it up - even coming in on his day off so he could go over what had been done and to make sure I was happy with the additions. Atlanta Classic truly makes purchasing a car a pleasant experience - highly recommend!! More

I was ready to trade up to a newer GL 450 and had looked at several dealerships along the coast. Prior to going to Atlanta, I reviewed MB CPO website and found the exact vehicle I wanted at Atlanta Classic Cars. I called the dealership and was fortunate enough to speak with Jim Cox. I met with Jim later that week. Jim reviewed the vehicle with me, offered me their best price upfront, and the best trade of any dealership I had previously spoken with. I finalized the sale that day and drove back to Mississippi in my new car. I was prepared for another car salesman; Jim was a breath of fresh air. He is nothing less than a professional sales person who really knows his product. Thanks Jim! More

I was looking for a 1 or 2 year old S Class and found one on line at Atlanta Classic Cars that fit the bill. David responded immediately to my email inquiry and we scheduled a test drive. I explained that I was not ready to buy and even though David was eager to make a deal he did not try to pressure me. He was thoroughly pleasant and professional. David called later that day and we ended up negotiating a deal via email, which was a good experience. My wife and I returned to the dealership that evening and met with Alvin Downer to complete the transaction. Alvin was well prepared and aware of all the items David and I had agreed on. Alvin was extremely helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. The impression that Alvin made was that he could not do enough for his customer. Even though it was well past closing time, he took his time showing us all the things we needed to know about the operation of the car. I went back to the dealership the following Saturday to attend a class for new owners that helped explain some of the new technology. That was a nice touch. The employees that conducted the class were all friendly and patient. I also had a chance to interact with David and Alvin some more and was again impressed by their attitude towards customer service. All together it amounted to a great experience. More

I bought the original ML from a different dealer, and David knew it would be hard to earn our business. So David found an identical ML, acquired it for us without any commitment that I would buy it, and then made us a great deal on the purchase. SOLD!!! At Jesse's recommendation I read through her Mercedes blog.. A lot of information later, I changed my mind to the 2015 c250..(so glad I did!) Long communications later (including emails, phone calls etc) Jesse had given me all the details relating to the various additional 'packages' that one may purchase with the car &the ones she recommended for me. (which made total practical sense). The details about the best financial choices available, warranties, maintenance services,& even appropriate insurance details. Apart from Jesse's comprehensive car related knowledge, patience & refined manners. What came through very clearly to me is her sincerity..ie her honesty. She actually "CARES" that one gets the car that is the best choice for one's lifestyle, budget & needs. i of course bought the car..so happy I did. Its everything i anticipated, she described, and more!!! If there were more Jesse's in the world, it would be a much more pleasant secure place to live in. David was very receptive to our numerous inquiries about everything from bluetooth functionality to the operation of the convertible top! He seemed to know everything. I am sure he felt that we tried to stump him with all of our questions but David was able to patiently answer each and everyone of our them. Needless to say, when we wanted to replace my 10 year old SUV, we immediately thought about David Windholz and the way he always made himself available. It was late when we arrived at the dealership but with his almost unlimited patience David explained the features and functions of the ML350 we were interested in. He stayed with us after closing to answer our questions and make sure we found the exact ML350 we wanted regardless of the smallest detail! It's hard to find someone with David's willingness to go that extra mile. I returned the next day to complete the paperwork but before I arrived David emailed the paperwork to me that I needed to complete. It was a great idea. When I arrived at the dealership that morning the transaction was very quick and easy. The papers were signed and David escorted me to my new ML350. He sat with me and reviewed the functions, my iPhone was in sync with the SUV thanks to David and I was now in sync with my new SUV as well. Both my husband and I are now returning customers with thanks to David. We enjoyed working with him on the purchase of our vehicles and would recommend David to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and courteous salesman as well as that extra special Mercedes! More

The Most Amazing Customer Service Experience I have Ever Had I can't say enough about Bobby Waites, Ewell Shuff, and Bruce Lamb and the level of personal service they have given me during every visit to Atlanta I can't say enough about Bobby Waites, Ewell Shuff, and Bruce Lamb and the level of personal service they have given me during every visit to Atlanta Classic Cars Mercedes Benz Dealership. I have had a very interesting situation with a CPO M/B GL 450, which I purchased in California last December 2013. The vehicle had many issues, which I feel the selling dealership, Mercedes Benz of South Bay (Torrance CA) overlooked. The electrical issues that I have encountered, caused the vehicles window and sunroof to open without warning and resulted in the vehicle being flooded while on a road trip in N. Georgia. Although Atlanta Classic Cars is totally uninvolved in the sale of this ( I call it the Poltergeist) vehicle, they have gone to the farthest lengths I have ever experienced in addressing the issues, fighting with M/B USA on my behalf and even paying out of their own dealership budget for much of the more than $10,000 in repair, loaner vehicle and non-warranty related resolutions of these ongoing issues. This is a unique set of circumstances and for this totally neutral dealership to delve into and heck, just downright take charge of this 6 month odyssey and do everything in their power to make me as whole as possible......well I am thrilled, amazed and forever thankful for the support and assistance of these 3 gentlemen and the entire staff, from thje greeters to the loaner vehicle staff, to all I have encountered at this amazing dealership. I am forever a client of Atlanta Classic Cars in Duluth, GA! and just fyi....this saga continues and they remain the best advocates a customer could ask for! More

The Next day we received email from Mr David Windholz accepting our offer. He spent lot of time explaining thoroughly various options keeping our interests in mind and steering us in the right direction without any pressure. He kept us informed of the progress during 2 months. We dropped in to see the car unexpectedly with our friends and relatives and David showed up and went over the different fascinating features of the beautiful car. The next day he again showed us operations of all options with a smile on his face and answered all questions thoroughly, even working beyond closing time. It was nice of him to call me the next morning to inquire if we got home ok and if we had any questions or concerns. To top it all we were really surprised when we received the gift basket full of fruits, cookies, candies etc. Who gives a generous gift like this any more ?
