That brings me to my most recent experience with Atlanta Classic Cars and Bob Holton which has been superb to say the least. The past 8 months Bob has used his customer service skills, salesmanship and his knowledge in finance (purchase v. lease) and knowledge of Mercedes Benz cars to help me acquire, (2013 GLK350), (2013 E350) and a (2014 E350). Atlanta Classic Cars has a great and outstanding team member (Bob Holton), he represent the dealership well and looks out for the customer until the sale is final. Bob was and still today is very responsive and attentive to my e-mails, texts and phone calls (any day and/or time) about all of Mercedes Benz automobiles and accessories. He very good at understanding his customer current and future plans (without being to intrusive), so we have already began the process of when to acquire new cars in the future. Bob Holton stewardship in the sales of Mercedes Benz products at Atlanta Classic Cars has far surpassed any other dealership experience I've had in the past. I drove my 1999 Mercedes Benz C280 for 14 years. So I decided to come in and look for another car for work. Keith was very accommodating and nice. He assisted me in test driving several cars, e.g., GLK 3 decided to come in and look for another car for work. Keith was very accommodating and nice. He assisted me in test driving several cars, e.g., GLK 350 and C300. It took me a minute to decide because I recently purchased a CLS 550. Price was very important to me. He showed me a C300 without a navigation system. I explained to him that I needed a GPS in my car. He said, "I have an idea" and immediately went to the lot and found me another car. It was the same color, make and model, a premium 1 upgrade, and a GPS. It cost a little more, but I was willing to pay the difference. Afterwards he took time to explain the operations and functions of the car. He was very knowledgeable about the car. I am excited about my new car. I would be happy to refer my friends and family to Keith Lothrop and Mercedes Benz at Atlantic Classic Cars. More
