This is my third purchase from Atlanta Classic Cars and the second one from Jesse Cannon-Wallace. As long as she is there, I will continue to buy from ACC. She is beyond professional and her knowledge of the second one from Jesse Cannon-Wallace. As long as she is there, I will continue to buy from ACC. She also handled every detail of the purchase -- from the notice to my insurance company to the preliminary paperwork on the financing. She knows how limited I am on time and did everything she could to make the purchase as easy and as time efficient as possible. She has even followed up with me a couple of times to make sure I had no issues or further questions. Finally, on my initial test drive, I brought my law partner with me. He was so impressed with Jesse and the dealership that he will likely purchase a new ML from Jesse as well - luring him away from RBM (a place he has purchased Mercedes since the 1970s). Atlanta Classic Cars is a long way from where I live and despite the fact that there is another dealership very close to my residence, I choose to service all my cars here. Called ahead to tell Greg that I wanted to look at a particular car. He had it washed and staged at the front of the dealership when we arrived. Even the financing and sales pitch for add ons was painless and low pressure. I have only one minor issue that came up after I returned home with the vehicle. The vehicle did not have the mesh wind curtain that goes between the headrests. I questioned this as the dealership but there was no offer to order and ship the part to me. Upon researching how to find one after I returned home I discovered that the wind screen is listed as a standard issue on the 2012 SLK 350. Since the vehicle is a "certified" Mercedes-Benz, I do not feel that I should have to pay a dealer to order and send me the standard part. It should have been provided as part of the certification process. More
