We called in the morning and requested a service that afternoon because we were coming to Atlanta. They did not have a service time for us. When we got to Atlanta, we got a call saying something had open afternoon because we were coming to Atlanta. They did not have a service time for us. When we got to Atlanta, we got a call saying something had opened up, so we went to the dealership and they serviced our car in an hour (AND they loaned us a car to go to lunch).This is just one example about how accomodating they always are. I originally contacted MB of Buckhead, set an appointment for having a look at their inventory, got no less than 4 confirmation emails and 2 phone calls to make sure that I will be there. After being told "5 more minutes" for good 45 minutes we left. I emailed David Windholz at Atlanta Classic Cars on their inventory; ended up purchasing 2 MBs , an M and an E class. Very friendly and professional attitude, questions answered, etc. Not only I could test drive all I wanted I could also take my and my wife's favorite prospects for a long weekend road trip to make sure they are to our liking.
