I found the employees at Atlantic Classic Cars to be friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions completely and accurately and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase. Mr. Cox returned all calls promptly and was always ready to do everything he could to assist with whatever I asked. Since my purchase, I have spoken to him on multiple occasions when he's called just to find out how I'm doing with my wonderful ML 350. I truly can't say enough good things about him. He never pressured me to buy and was always the consummate professional. Lisa Brennan in the dealership's Finance office went the extra mile to find just the right lender for me. Just when I thought it wasn't going to get any better, she found a lender who financed my vehicle at a significantly lower interest rate. Yeah Lisa!! I took my car to the local dealership for a minor issue that resulted in a call to Mr. Bhalla (Sales Manager) at Atlantic Classic Cars. He, like the other employees there, provided the highest level of customer satisfaction and took care of the matter immediately. This is my first Mercedes purchase and if I should ever have the opportunity to purchase another Mercedes or to refer someone else to a dealer, that dealer will be Atlanta Classic Cars. Just a positive experience overall. Salesman was friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable. We came there from another experience at looking at a different Merdedes where the salesman would not hon friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable. Then I met Steve Fraley sales mgr. Atlanta Classic cars, It took only a short time and I knew I was going to the next step with him and his organization. Steve introduced me to Marc Brumberg to help me make a decision on the financial side. The entire process with Mark was that of a friend and his concern for my investment not lets close him. This was NOT a dealership financial man, it was very pleasurable. That took me to Ben Ajani, sales professional extraordinaire. Ben has been and is always there for me, he always has time for lets say my less than professional questions even after the sale. All I can say is this team is 1st rate. Now to the service side. I can not say enough about Christy Hicks. I believe after the sale is made all of the following years with your car are with your spouse and your service coordinator. I take my hat off to Christy, she IS PEACE OF MIND for booth my wife and myself. This is not about the cost its about a no hassle process it should be fun from day one until the end. If this review seems a little over the top it's because they are that good. To say Atlanta Classic Cars is outstanding is definitely an understatement. I've dealt with Atlanta Classic for eight years in several capacities. The dealership is always friendly, clean, and all of the employees are exceptional when it comes to customer service or just help several capacities. It is also nice to see a dealership like Atlanta Classic so involved with community affairs and helping out in the community with fund raisers, Toys for Tots, sponsorships to organizations and youth activities. My worst nightmare is the car buying experience; however, that was not the case with Dan. His phone etiquette, and the manner in which he handled my call, made a very positive and lasting impression. I explained to him on the phone about my apprehension and hesitation in car buying, and he was able to put my mind at ease. When I arrived at the dealership, Dan immediately came out to greet me and had the car ready for me to drive. He was professional, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable; but more importantly, he had an outstanding personality. He was extremely friendly and very charming - not pushy at all. I feel as if I made a lifelong friend in Dan! The entire process, from start to finish, was easy and enjoyable, thanks to Dan. She helped me locate the car with my ideal configuration, which allowed me to check it out before making up my mind. This is extremely helpful, and none of the other dealers were able to do that for me. I owe Jesse a big thank you! Furthermore, I am remote to Jesse's dealership. From the beginning, she knew that I might not purchase from her. She still spent lots of time answering my emails, searched inventory and sent me pictures and vehicle configurations, and replied to my pricing questions. He always keeps his customer's needs in mind when recommending vehicles and tries to make sure expecta and takes customer service to the next level.
