I live in Virginia, and I contacted this dealership to purchase a 2019 e300. I was directed to a sales manager and it was very clear from the beginning that he was not interested in selling to an out of purchase a 2019 e300. I was directed to a sales manager and it was very clear from the beginning that he was not interested in selling to an out of state buyer. In fact, he said that stock was moving so fast that he was reluctant to sell to any out of state buyers unless it was a cash-only purchase. He reasoned the customer service nightmares involved with financing cars and completing registrations for out of state buyers. Welcome to the new world. I have bought two cars from other out-of-state dealers, completely at arms length, without any hang-ups. Suffice to say, I cannot recommend this Mercedes dealership. As a Mercedes “aficionado,” I can honestly say that I have never encountered a Mercedes employee so disinterested in serving the customer—even more odd for a sales manager. I am glad to hear that business is so good in Boston that this dealership can turn away eager buyers, especially buyers for a car that has been available online for purchase for more than 67+ days. More

I have my 2015 AMG GL63 serviced here and the team have been great. Albert is especially caring, thoughtful and honest (to be fair, honesty is not a word that springs to mind when I think of car dealershi been great. Ashmael Braun is the salesman you want to be working with! Like dark winged vultures descending on carrion, sales people flock to you the moment you enter a car dealership. It doesn't matter where you go or what level of vehicle you're interested in, this is always the case. As we all know, the process of buying or leasing a new vehicle is rarely if ever fun and your salesperson can make a big difference. I went to Mercedes-Benz of Boston because I saw online they had a vehicle I was very much interested in and have leased with them before. I had done all the research, test drove that type of vehicle and knew what I was ready to leave. As stated above, the moment I walked through the doors the vultures descended. I waved them off and said I was just going to walk around. As I did just that I noticed which sales people were working the floor. One young man was sitting quietly at his desk in the back corner doing some work. I very quietly sat down at his desk and asked how he was doing. And thus began my sales experience with Ashmael Brun. Ash is a totally laid-back no pressure kind of salesman who started at Mercedes-Benz of Boston by parking cars and worked his way up to the sales floor in few years. I started discussing with him what I was looking for and the vehicle I had in mind. We talked about some numbers and he said while the vehicle wasn't on site he could arrange to have it there the next day so I can take that's specific vehicle for a test drive. True to his word that's exactly what happened. When I got to the dealership the next day the car was out front and ready to go and I took it out for a spin. Afterwards I had every intention of leasing the vehicle. Throughout the process Ash made everything quick, easy and painless. Because of circumstances I couldn't pick up the vehicle until the following week but when I did Ash had 2 hours set aside for me to take me through every aspect of the car's new technology and how it fully integrated with my phone. This is something that didn't happen with the last MB I leased from another dealership even though the technology was there. Throughout the whole process Ash was quiet, calm, very patient, incredibly knowledgeable as to the workings of the vehicle, answered every question I had quickly, confidently and thoroughly. When he was unsure about something he was quick to say so and immediately looked up the answer. He was truly great to work with and I complimented him to his manager. I said to make sure he stays because if he goes to another MB dealership when my lease expires I'll be following him. Additionally, because I picked the car up on a Saturday I had to come back in during the week to get my registration and an inspection sticker. Normally this takes a bit of time but Ash told me to talk to Schneider and he would get me all set up so I could cut the line and get this done in about 15 minutes. The moment I rolled in to service someone came up to my window but Schneider was already in motion coming up to my vehicle right behind him. He seemed to know exactly who I was and took immediate care of me. He did indeed get the process done with alacrity and wonderful service and I compliment him as well. If you're looking for a wonderful sales experience, I cannot recommend Ashmael Braun highly enough and when you roll into service ask for Schneider. He'll get you taken care of. More
