I found a used Range Rover on their website, I emailed and inquired about it. Was met with Kim who told me (and I have the emails) that they wouldn't be able to sell to me as I was out of State and they w and inquired about it. I emailed Carlos to which I was told must be a miscommunication. Then Dana reached out, we started talking about the deal - I was instantly approved, trade price offer was good, all set to sign. Said I would like to come down Saturday but could come sooner if needed. Asked about them needing a deposit to hold it till Saturday, said they don't take deposits but she would send me the preliminary paperwork to sign. All was good, got my insurance binder all ready and emailed to her, temp plates done - all I needed was a signature on the paperwork. At 1pm today I was told 'oh oops' someone else looked at it several days ago and decided today they want to buy it. So sorry, but I will let you know if their deal falls through. I have never in my life of purchasing vehicles have dealt with so much nonsense. I called Carlos back after finding this out and was basically told that I must not have paid attention to what was told to me. Pretty sure I have it all in email and that I would have driven down if need be. Just an FYI for anyone out there looking to do business with this particular outfit. More

I live in Virginia, and I contacted this dealership to purchase a 2019 e300. I was directed to a sales manager and it was very clear from the beginning that he was not interested in selling to an out of purchase a 2019 e300. I was directed to a sales manager and it was very clear from the beginning that he was not interested in selling to an out of state buyer. In fact, he said that stock was moving so fast that he was reluctant to sell to any out of state buyers unless it was a cash-only purchase. He reasoned the customer service nightmares involved with financing cars and completing registrations for out of state buyers. Welcome to the new world. I have bought two cars from other out-of-state dealers, completely at arms length, without any hang-ups. Suffice to say, I cannot recommend this Mercedes dealership. As a Mercedes “aficionado,” I can honestly say that I have never encountered a Mercedes employee so disinterested in serving the customer—even more odd for a sales manager. I am glad to hear that business is so good in Boston that this dealership can turn away eager buyers, especially buyers for a car that has been available online for purchase for more than 67+ days.
