He was extremely accommodating, willing to get the cars we were interested in to look at or take a test drive. He gave us great advice, too! We could tell from the minute we met him how much he appreciated and new about cars. We knew we had the right person to help us. It did not take us long to find the right vehicle for us with Yue. Time was of no concern to him. He took all the time we needed to make sure we were happy. He also followed up with us on numerous occasions to ensure that we were happy with our choice. Cautious for Fraud!!!! When I bought the brand new Mercedes, they told me they didn't have the spare key in stock, and they were going to mail the second key to me. I truste When I bought the brand new Mercedes, they told me they didn't have the spare key in stock, and they were going to mail the second key to me. I trusted them. However, I never received the spare key. They told me they have already mailed it out but when I asked for a tracking number they never provided it to me. After 9 months of purchasing the vehicle, I still didn't receive the second key, which is required by law when you purchased a car. When I call them, no one can give a responsible answer, and Max Wang yelled at me and cursed me for insisting on getting the second key which i'm supposed to have by law. Be cautious for fraud!!!! More
Their costumer service and professionalism is a fluke I bought a pre owned 2016 CLA 250 8 months ago. I never had a good experience at that dealership. Great car, I love it. However, I regret buying my Mercedes at that location because of their costumer service and service in general. In my opinion, their professionalism was not what I thought it would be. An expensive item of mines got missing while my car was in service. A technician manager drove my car to check a squeaky noise my car had, while on the test drive he flew over a speed bump, and scrapped the front bumper lip. They then repaired only 50% of it. I had to protest a second time to get it repaired 100%. I had previously brought the car in to fix a panel under the car that was scrapping the street. They never said anything to me, if they fixed it, if they didn't, it's like I took the car in for the xxxx of it. They didn't even have a service report for it. An employee there, Erika Pineda, had sent me an email, you know one of those emails where I get the chance to give nay feedback I'd like. I replied to the email with my concerns and yet never got a call or a reply back. I basically got ignored. So with all this being said, in MY experience their costumer service and professionalism is really below average. Be aware of this place, I might sound like I'm complaining a lot but this is base on my horrible experience with them. Although there are a lot of 5 stars ratings here it's not always the fair truth. I don't tend to give this type of feedback or any feedback at all, but, I just had to this time. More

Then surprised us with such a fun presentation of our new car! Also, Fred gave us a complete education on how to use our new vehicle. Very knowledgeable and he was so courteous in taking the time needed to show us all the features. Dominic was also a help! Overall, it was definitely a great experience dealing with team involved.
