Horrible service. Somehow they always claim to be doing free to my car when my insurance or I have paid thousands of $ to get the car issues fixed. Same issue again. I walked out of the dealer this time around and took my car for service at Mercedes Benz of Hanover. They always want to run unnecessary diagnoses to the car for issues they have created. Horrible sales service advisor and horrible dealer. More
