Relatively less painful to buy a car here than at most dealerships. Large service department so there's a bit of red tape, but the quality of service is excellent - expensive compared to an independent s dealerships. I had an appointment with Patrick to have an oil change done but was given the news that I needed to replace my entire subframe and brake lines on my C350 due to rust.
