My experience was very disappointing. Once, I completed the online application for financing sitting with Malcom on a Wednesday evening. There was no follow up at all from him. The service department called me because I had placed a hold on my service until I received an answer on my application. Troy actually called Malcom for me. Instead of Malcom calling me he tells Troy to tell me no I wasn’t approved. Troy then tells the customer service representative for the service department to notify me. Where is the confidentiality? Where is the follow-up? Where is the customer care? More

SUV inventory was small but they had what I wanted. I didn’t get a good deal because the Atlanta dealership was cutting price on vehicle 4000.00 off sticker. The salesman told me they had what I wanted in Columbus and they would pay my out of state taxes as well. When they sent me the check it was not true . I paid 3.000.00 down on the suv as well. I got the 2.9% apr with Mercedes-Benz. Don’t lie to your customers because we will go elsewhere and tell our grit. I love the suv. The salesman was not truthful. More
