Great experience purchasing a used vehicle I purchased a used vehicle and the people and process all went perfect. I also appreciated the fact that they are a USAA certified listed dealership a I purchased a used vehicle and the people and process all went perfect. I also appreciated the fact that they are a USAA certified listed dealership and support the military and its veterans. All my dealer interactions were conducted via the internet and/or the phone. Brittany and Malcolm were both wonderful to deal with. Seeing that I lived in Murphy, NC, Malcolm even arranged to have his local driver(s) bring the vehicle to Atlanta for finish the purchase. The vehicle met and exceeding all my expectations. Is was obvious to me on my first inspection of the vehicle that M-B of Columbus takes pride in all aspects of their business. AMAZING Service Department Wow, where do I begin! I have no experience with the sales department however the SERVICE DEPARTMENT is phenomenal!! They are always helpful, courte Wow, where do I begin! They are always helpful, courteous, friendly, greets me with a smile and make strides to go ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure my car is cared for and that I have a clear understanding of what’s going on while they have my car. I would not expect anything less from Mercedes Benz and you guys in Columbus, GA fit the bill. Mr. David Lawrence needs a RISE...I mean seriously!! This gentleman does more than he probably should, and he pays attention to details. he is often spoken of and rarely seen because he is too busy working tediously on vehicles, but his work is greatly appreciated. He even took the time to take me to the work area to see what he was working on with my car and I cannot thank him enough. She still rides great if not better!! #Salute Mr. Phil Bono, such a wonderful man...he is so patient and soft spoken, and I cannot thank him enough. This is my second vehicle purchase from Mercedes Benz of Columbus, and both because of Joshua Andujar. The dealership has always been friendly and very nice, but I always ended up purchasing in Atlanta unti Columbus, and both because of Joshua Andujar. The dealership has always been friendly and very nice, but I always ended up purchasing in Atlanta until my wife decided to move from a 5 series to either a GLE or an E class. To say we really didn’t know what we wanted is an understatement! We walked in and met with Josh, and though we took several visits and test drives he could not have been more helpful, involved and genuinely concerned in our purchase process. It was a delightful process. The service department is top notch as well. So when I needed a great preowned GL for work travel, I stopped in to se Josh just before closing time on a Thursday night. He acted as if they had just opened and even though I told him up front I was going to look at some vehicles in Atlanta the next morning he stayed late to show and let me test drive what they had. Based on that and the quality of one of the offerings I called the next day, told him I’d take the truck and be in at 1:30 to take delivery. I drove off at 2:05! Couldn’t be happier. More
