First time using Mercedes-Benz of Columbus and it was an absolutely outstanding experience. They knew I was coming from out of town and got me checked in and my vehicles issue corrected in about half the t absolutely outstanding experience. If I can give this dealership 0 stars I would! I had a very distasteful experience with Mercedes. I preorder a vehicle from this dealership and waited 6-7 months. They were asking $5,000 over MSR I had a very distasteful experience with Mercedes. I preorder a vehicle from this dealership and waited 6-7 months. They were asking $5,000 over MSRP and we agreed at $500 over MSRP. When the vehicle arrived the “market adjustment value” was raised to $7,500, they weren’t happy about the $500 they agreed too and tried to do everything they could for me to walk away from the deal. They listed my reserved vehicle online for 10k over what I was paying, I’m sure they were getting inquiries that’s why they were so rude and disrespectful to me. When it came to financing the vehicle they bumped up my interest rate to 7.8% after I was putting down a 20k down payment. My credit score is 813, there’s no way they didn’t bump up the interest rate to gain more profit from this deal. I was pushed in a corner and ended up paying cash for the vehicle, which I didn’t want to do. I was told my vehicle would have the Mercedes app so I can track the vehicle but when I took possession of the vehicle and tried to set it up we realized it’s missing a chip that allows the vehicle to communicate with the app. I wasn’t told the vehicle was missing parts, I didn’t sign any paperwork acknowledging it nor was I given a discount for it. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with them to resolve the issue, I contacted Mercedes corporate and was routed back to this dealership and they are still not doing anything. I’ve exhausted my efforts so I’m leaving this review for others to be mindful of their service. All in all their customer service is horrible and because of them I no longer want to own a Mercedes vehicle again! More

Service took longer than expected Mercedes has the car for four days. There were additional parts that I needed to purchase that wasn’t disclosed on the front end.
