Mercedes of Columbus is an excellent facility to get your vehicle serviced. Haley has excellent customer service. It was truly a pleasure working with her. Everyone is always so professional and courteous at Columbus Mercedes. My problem is not rest with the dealership, but with the product itself. There are two ongoing issues that have not been resolved. Columbus Mercedes. My problem is not rest with the dealership, but with the product itself. There are two ongoing issues that have not been resolved. One being the camera on the rear hatch, which is a shutter bug and you constantly hear while driving. The other is the hard downshift from 5th to 4th gear. I guess I will wait on some sort of recall to perhaps improve in both of these areas. More
