Then I proceeded to meet with Service Advisor Marcos Gonzalez, who immediately responded to my needs. I walked outside with him to explain the issues with my vehicle. He diligently annotated every detail of what I told him. Then we proceeded back inside to complete the process, he very quickly completed the service request and I was on my way. More
