Mercedes SUV I recently purchase a CPO (Certified Pre-owned) SUV from Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables, I must say I was very impressed with the dealership and the sa I recently purchase a CPO (Certified Pre-owned) SUV from Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables, I must say I was very impressed with the dealership and the sales person John S. We went over the vehicle together and found some minor issues with the paintwork requiring it to be touched up before I took delivery, John said he would attended to these issues, and called me when he said the repairs had been completed. When I arrived to collect the vehicle I found that repairs had been carried out to a high standard, the vehicle had been immaculately detailed and was indistinguishable from a new vehicle. The presentation of the vehicle exceeded my expectations. I would recommend the dealership and the professional manner of the sales person I dealt with; I would use them again in the future. More

Expecting the worst . Instead what I found was incredible . In and out quickly , driving a loaner nicer than my mercedes , able to track my cars progress via my phone , alerted the car was done and able to respond and have my car ready and waiting for me . Car was also cleaned ( and not a cheesy job either ) with a bottle of water in my cup holder . Whole experience made me feel better about spending a few dollars for my 10k service ! If this is how they handle every service then they have this process down to a science . More
