GREAT SERVICE it took them only 15 munutes to get my car and give a loaner. and they took jyst hours to fix mine and give a call to get it back. they saved my time it took them only 15 munutes to get my car and give a loaner. and they took jyst hours to fix mine and give a call to get it back. they saved my time and made my life easier in the problem i had. they returned my car problem solved but also neat and with gas in the tank. my sales rep even helped me on a Sunday. i am very satisfied and grateful. Surprised Never have good experiences at any service department . Showed up for my appointment bright and early . Expecting the worst . Instead what I found was incredible . In and out quickly , driving a loaner nicer than my mercedes , able to track my cars progress via my phone , alerted the car was done and able to respond and have my car ready and waiting for me . Car was also cleaned ( and not a cheesy job either ) with a bottle of water in my cup holder . Whole experience made me feel better about spending a few dollars for my 10k service ! If this is how they handle every service then they have this process down to a science . More
