Service experience was great! Dropped off car and was taken home by Alto and picked up again once I was notified that my car was ready. By having the car service I didn't have to Dropped off car and was taken home by Alto and picked up again once I was notified that my car was ready. By having the car service I didn't have to bother anyone to pick me up as well as drop me off again ,once the car was done. Working with Stephanie is a pleasure. More

Had to get my vehicle back to the service dept for an issue. MB sent a tow truck driven by Jose Cruz. Jose was excellent and highly professional. My car needed to be picked up and no tow truck could pick it up due to the front being so low. Jose Cruz picked up the car without a problem and delivered it perfectly to the dealership! 5 stars ! They gave me an appointment for service BI also the Active Emergency stop was not working and Active Steering Assist was Inoperative When I got there the service girl Holli Salazar told me that the Active Emergency stop was not working and Active Steering Assist was Inoperative When I got there the service girl Holli Salazar told me that the car will have to stay there for 2 or 3 weeks because they were over capacity then I said to her well I need a loner because I live 50 miles from here, she said that she did not have a car for me because the were 15 people ahead of me waiting for a loner Why they gave me an appointment if they were over capacity I went to see my salesman Rene Garcia which i have buy many cars from to tell him about my problem and his answer was very nice ( I,m retiring) I took my key and drove away THIS IS TOTALLY UNACEPTABLE More
