My 2007 SL550 experienced convertible hard top failure on Easter Sunday - a very expensive repair resulted in 2 complications with related parts - the service team focused on 100% customer support & satisfac Easter Sunday - a very expensive repair resulted in 2 complications with related parts - the service team focused on 100% customer support & satisfaction to include follow up repair & when a leather panel was slightly damaged as a result of the all the work they ordered a replacement panel from Germany & made it right.
