In today’s hectic environment, we often forget to thank people for a job well done, or complement someone when we receive exceptional service or attention. My wife and I had the opportunity to lease a Mercedes from your dealership back in December of 2008, dealing with Mr. Ken Giordano. He made the experience a pleasant one. Coming out of several BMW’s my wife was apprehensive about the vehicle, but warmed up to it over time. Fast forward to today. I received a call about one month ago, from Greg Giordano, explaining the programs that were available to us, and he stated if we were interested, to let him know. No pressure, not hard sales pitch. We came in to look at a new vehicle but my wife had her mind made up that she was going to get a new BMW. Throughout the conversations Greg did not pressure us into a decision, in fact he encouraged us to compare what your dealership had to offer and he was confident that we would return. He was right. Once we decided, he made the experience easy, with most of the paperwork being completed via email. He is a professional, and adds credibility to the dealership. Upon delivery, he was again, supportive and knowledgeable, explaining the lease return process and working with the delivery team to explain the functions of the new car to my wife and I. In today’s environment, with the proliferation of information on pricing and reviews, many would say that where you buy the car doesn’t matter. Based on my experience with your dealership, I can say they are wrong. It is not always about price. Service and integrity are still something we should recognize. More

My husband inquired online about a car and got a response back right away. We then went to the dealer and met with Derrick H. Fox 3rd who was great. From the moment we met him it was a very calm and easy process of choosing the car and negotiating a deal. Other dealers made us feel very stressed and uneasy about leasing a new car. Derrick knew all the answers to our questions and was very nice and also had the BEST laugh ever. The rest of the staff was also very nice and always asking if we needed anything cofee, water etc. When we when outside to get into the car the other members of the staff made it a point to come outside (in the rain) and say congratulations. I was first going to purchase a BMW but after visiting BMW I had to what Benz was offering and thanks to the group at Ray Catena I am purchased the car that I wasn't my first choice but will be the only car I go with going forward. From the moment we walked in the door, without an appointment, to look at the ML350, we were happy with the way we were greeted, assigned a consultant and assisted with our many questions. We had not made up our minds since we were still going to look at an Audi. We made an appointment for the next day to talk some more. After looking at the Audi, we decided on the Mercedes. We arrived the next day for our appointment and our sales consultant was still with another couple so he asked Allyson to continue with us so we were not kept waiting. She was wonderful and we negotiated our deal. We felt the price was fair to both parties. Deshone stopped by to check up on us when he had a break with the other people. They worked as a team to provide us with excellent service and attention. We picked up the car a week later and look forward to a good relationship with both of them and the dealership. More

Allyson worked with us very diligently to help out with a complex transaction requiring a third party to ensure that we get the best price. The process went flawlessly.
