We were determined to purchase and Audi model from Bell Audi and only came to Ray Catena Mercedes Benz dealership for comparision. There was NO comparison between the two. Mercedes Benz customer service was superb in professionalism and service. The price was better than the Audi dealership and offered more in packaging of the car. After searching at othere dealerships and making Mercedes Benz the last consideration, I find that I wasted my time at the other dealerships. Melissa Lee was attentive and accommodating to our needs. I was pleasantly surprised with offers in the car and financing that I never even considered. I highly recommend this dealership. More

We were in the market for a pre-owned certified CLK350, and my husband saw one online and called. We were directed to the sales associate Tim Antoniszyn. From the start Tim was excellent. We called on a Wednesday and wanted to come the next day. It was Tim's day off but he came into meet with us which we thought was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the car and had done research on the Lexus that we wanted to trade-in. The CLK350 was very clean and presentable. Tim took us for a test drive and made sure that both my husband and I had the opportunity to drive the car. The price based on the CLK350 and the trade-in of the Lexus, we felt was fair though a little higher than we expected based on my husband's research on AutoTrader.com and KellyBlueBook.com. We have purchased two other pre-owned certified cars from Ray Catena dealerships and have been very satsfied with these cars and how we were treated by the dealerships. We felt that it was worth it to buy another pre-owned car from a Ray Catena dealership. When a Ray Catena dealership certifies a pre-owned car, it looks like new, and they make you feel like you are purchasing a new car. When we picked up the car on Saturday, Tim met with us and introduced us to Don Dorr who went over in detail all the features of the car. Don too was super. The Sales Manager Leigh Farrell made me feel like I was a member of her family. Tim is very professional and outstanding. And Ray Catena is the best for a pre-owned certified car. We definitely will recommend Tim Antoniszyn to friends and family. More
