Sure, you can reach me on +1 201 469 1939. I did call up the service center after I got back and the representative who answered the call said she will investigate and get back. I never received a response till date. This was a rescheduled appointment, where the technician asked me book with a loaner as it would take some time for him to analyse the issue and fix it. By now i have had to visit the service center and in some case more than twice for the same issue. It is painful to know that I can get a better quality of service and products elsewhere and I have paid a premium to buy a Mercedes and that too from Ray catena.

I also looke through your deal that you did with Tom I did notice that the buyers order that you signed stated the deal that you would be responsible for your over miles an condition of lease return.
