I've had the experience of both service and sales department and can attest to the customer service of both. I found an Audi Q7 that I had been wanting at the Fairfield Mercedes dealership. I receive department and can attest to the customer service of both. I found an Audi Q7 that I had been wanting at the Fairfield Mercedes dealership. I received a call from Jessica in Sales who was very sweet, explanatory, and followed up on all aspects of my experience. She took a video of the car in the day and sent it to me. Sent me all details including Carfax on the car. I sent her details of my car and was able to match my purchase offer amount from a dealership online as the trade in offer. Made my life easier so I didn't have to coordinate selling and finding a way to the dealership with my 4 kids. Lol I also completed my credit app before coming so she sent me what I was approved for before I headed over. Saved so much time! I met her at the dealership that night, test drove the car, and loved it instantly. Signed all the paperwork, even got a better rate than originally offered so it was a lower monthly payment with the warranty I purchased. Jessica was so wonderful and sweet with my kids. She helped me transfer everything over to my new car from the old one. Not to mention she stayed several hours later than her scheduled workday. But that can be common with sales I understand. The only thing I forgot was my 2nd key so I had to return to drop that off. I was so happy with my new car and the purchasing process. My first European car, I for sure felt like a million bucks. The next morning, I wake up after a good nights rest and go out to my car to clean out all the things I didn't need from my old car and organized the new one. As I'm sitting in the driver seat, I noticed a crack in the windshield at the bottom of it from the inside. I get outside of the car and it looks like there's a swatch of glue like someone tried to repair it. I called Jessica within a minute to inquire if they hadn't repaired this. This is the only reason I'm giving four stars and not five. This wasn't disclosed to me and it definitely was noticeable so it had to be on some paperwork. However, no one could confirm who attempted to repair the old owner who traded this in or someone at the dealership. I don't like vague answers, but they did take care of this for me. I made an appointment for Wednesday morning to drop off my car and they gave me a loaner. Unfortunately, the loaner was barely big enough to fit my four kids and I. It did not have a third row and my nine-year-old had to sit in the front seat. Luckily she's very tall for her age and looks about 12. I also don't drive much. Let's just say I'm not a fan of Mercedes cars after driving a loaner for two days lol it was kind of base model especially compared to my Audi. So the invoice was for a windshield repair not replacement so 24 hours we're pretty much wasted with my car at the dealership waiting for upper management to approve the windshield replacement. Miguel was my service advisor and he was just great the whole time. He updated me and kept in touch as soon as the replacement was scheduled, and then again when it was done, which was earlier than expected, so I was able to get my car back on Friday. What a relief. Miguel was kind enough to take my car through the car wash himself to get the dust off. At the end of the day, they took care of things, but I wish it would've been handled prior to me purchasing it so I didn't have to go through the process of leaving my car and driving a loaner. However, what matters is that they took care of me and made things right! My dad was in the car industry for 30+ years, starting as a mechanic and ending as a parts and service director. He was always a problem solver. I feel he would've approved with the way things were resolved. Before I close I'd like to give recognition to Luis who is so personable and just a joy to speak with as well as Sage who is such a gentle and kind soul. Thank you again Mercedes Benz of Fairfield!
