My husband and I walked into the dealership, welcomed immediately by Cam. We were I’m-pressed from hello. I was told in other dealerships that I won’t find one car with all I’m expecting. Cam made us feel very comfortable! We were honest with her about just in the looking stage. Yet she spent almost 5 hours with us letting me drive different models, look at all my color options and make my mind up only to change it. Cam was a trooper! The whole team at the Gainesville store seem to really mesh together well, helping each other out, etc. I can’t say enough great things to describe our wonderful experience. We actually bought a car from Cam and we are privileged to be her first sales at the Gainesville store. She is by far my go to for sales for my next Mercedes. That says a lot since we live in Erie Pa and have been driving Benz for over 25 years.
