Charles and Erica were great in that they found me a car to replace a recently leased car, EQE 350 sedan, I had taken ownership of 8 weeks ago. They were professional, courteous and worked hard to find me t to replace a recently leased car, EQE 350 sedan, I had taken ownership of 8 weeks ago. They were professional, courteous and worked hard to find me the SUV version. I am grateful to them for their persistence. I couldn't recommend either of them highly enough. On the other hand, a version of the aforementioned first vehicle, EQE 350 sedan, was shown to me at my home, prior to purchase, where it had the requisite clearance to enter my driveway without touching the driveway itself. The new version of the vehicle I leased, EQE 350 sedan, did not have sufficient clearance. Hence the need to change cars and opt for an SUV version with a higher profile. I was charged over $27,000 for breaking the lease on my previous car, the EQE 350 sedan. I feel abused by the system. More
