Nobody even acknowledged me for the longest time. Not until Fred (the gent on the phone, got off the phone) asked me if someone had taken care of me did someone even made eye contact with me. This is 2nd time I've used thos dealership for my car's maintenance and twice I received poor service. When my husband has visited, they always tend to him well and when I'm with him I get same god treatment. I'm a brown immigrant and he's a white American. Won't be going back there. Rather drive 45 mins to Austin and be treated like a person. More
