This is my 1st time purchasing a Mercedes after 6 months; I am very unsatisfied with the professionalism and service. This is my 4th time dropping the car off for the same reason (seat replacement and rattling noise in the dashboard) and with a new defect (windshield motor). My car has been in the shop since May 5th without any resolute. I’ve left several voice messages with the Sales Manager. Currently, I haven’t received any return calls from someone in leadership. I also requested the name and number for District or Regional Manager. I was informed they either don’t have access to that information or they are unable to give it to me.
