A great salesman that did above and beyond for us! A little bit of background: although this is a Mercedes-Benz dealership we came to look at a pre-owned 2010 Lexus HS 250h. Upon our arrival, Scott war A little bit of background: although this is a Mercedes-Benz dealership we came to look at a pre-owned 2010 Lexus HS 250h. Upon our arrival, Scott warmly greeted my son and I and already had the keys ready for our test drive. Afterwards, we noticed that the airbag warning light was on and brought it to his concern. Scott got right on it and had the car sent to the repair shop to fix the problem. After replacing the necessary parts, Scott helped to answer all our questions and worked to get us the best price we could on the car. We were certainly very demanding in our price negotiations but Scott was very patient with us and worked to get us the best deal while giving us a great experience. He made sure we were happy with the terms of the sale and even had the car sent in the shop again to repair the scratches on the outside of the car. Overall, Scott did way more than what we'd expect the average salesman to do and his level of patience and diligence throughout our entire car buying process allowed us the leave the dealership with a great car and an amazing amount of satisfaction with our purchase. The next time we return to this dealership, we will definitely be buying from Scott! More
