We were greeted almost immediately upon entering the Mercedes Benz lot. Our salesman Mike walked us around out on the lot, reviewing the sizes of the SUV's Mercedes offers and getting a feeling for wha Mercedes Benz lot. He showed us many of the features of each vehicle and even demonstrated which one was best suited for plenty of leg room in the back seat. He reviewed all of the added safety features german engineering offers. We went for a test drive in which he was able to show off the stability and ride of the vehicle as well as how Mercedes drowns out outside noise. This was helpful because he showed us things we wouldn't have thought to try on our own. This "sold" us on the vehicle. They were very fair with the trade in value they attached to our trade. Promptly we talked interest rates and length of term, and within an hour we were doing paperwork to take our Mercedes home the same day. Everyone was so professional and helpful, offering us a beverage and making us comfortable. I would tell anyone interested in a new or used vehicle to visit them. We have purchased many vehicles and the prices for the value far exceed what we have seen other places. I was very impressed and would be glad to refer family and friends. More

I had been researching vehicles for a couple of months and decided I wanted a used luxury/sports sedan. I had considered BMW, Audi, and Mercedes Benz. Living in Hagerstown I drove to the dealership on S and decided I wanted a used luxury/sports sedan. I had considered BMW, Audi, and Mercedes Benz. Living in Hagerstown I drove to the dealership on Sunday afternoon and became very interested in a 2010 Mercedes C300 4Matic that was on the lot. I emailed an interest to the dealership Monday evening about a test drive and received a prompt answer that evening. Barry, the associate that emailed me set up a test drive the next day. Barry was with another customer when I arrived, but Mike got the keys and a dealer tag and we were off on our test drive. When we got Mike went over a few things until Barry became available and rest was history. We worked out a deal, they welcomed us to the Mercedes Benz family, and are very happy for it. The staff at Mercedes in Hagerstown were very helpful and answered any questions and concerns that my wife and I had. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Brian Connoley and Austin Shemon were extremely friendly and helpful. They were patient and answered all of our questions. When we went to pick up the vehicle, it was being detailed with final touches. T and helpful. They were patient and answered all of our questions. They offered beverages and pasties a few times we were there and had a place for our two childred to play while we were signing paperwork. We were in and out in about 40 min. Once I got into my car to drive off the lot, I realized that they had also filled up the tank and gave us a large box of chocolate. We didn't even buy a Mercedes and still treated with kindness. Take it from someone who hates going to car dealerships, I would return to this one in the blink of an eye. Thanks Brian and Austin for making our expirence a memorable one!!! Love my car!!!! More
