Salesman Barry London suggested a CLS just back from lease. Bought it that day and loved it. Reviewing the '14 E350 coupes and sedans on line. Called Barry who had a coupe and sedan side by side for me, ready to compare. Disappointed that the coupe was too small for my needs and the sedan didn't have the 2-tone interiors I liked in the coupe. Ready to go home. Barry suggested I take both brochures home and look again. "Is this the 2-tone interior you like from the coupe?' "Yes, that's the exact one, but I can't get it in the sedan." "Would you like to see the E350 sedan we just took back from lease that has that interior"? "No, that's OK. I really had my heart set on the Paladium Silver color for the outside." I think the service department or Mercedes it self should stand behind there work. When you get your car repair, and you still have the same problem, and they still want to charge to check on the problem the stand behind there work.
