He was very responsive with my phone calls and emails always answered immediately. Barry is also extremely knowledgeable of each feature of a vehicle. My trade-in was a 2003 model so there were many changes in the 2009 model I purchased. Barry patiently explained everything that was different and set the car to my preferences so I felt quite comfortable when I drove away. The entire sales staff is professional and pleasant as well as the dealership being clean and well furnished/maintained.
