Mike was a very good sales person. He was able to give me the time I needed to think about what I wanted to do. I came in on a Thursday evening not sure what car I wanted to buy. MB of Hagerstown is a really unique dealership which is why I gave them the top rating possible. It is located in a small town (but right off the interstate, so easy to get to) and it has a traditional cu why I gave them the top rating possible. My sales guy Barry London knows more about MB than anyone I have ever dealt with. He explained the features of a highly technologically advanced vehicle (ML 550) in a simple and easy to understand fashion. He is a patient and knowledgeable guy who gave me his mobile number and told me I could call him anytime when I had questions. I have purchased dozens of cars over the years and not one salesman gave me his cell phone number. Austin Shemon the finance guy was terrific too. MB Hagerstown has a superior web site which is what attracted me in the first place. I saw a car I liked and was able to chat with Barry right away. I drove 80 miles to buy a car from these guys based on my sense that they are honest and would be excellent to deal with. I was right! More
