Upon arrival Wes met my wife and I with courtesy and respect. He was a complete professional during our entire experience. After the test drive with out being prompted Wes stepped away and gave my wife and I time to discuss the the vehicle. We highly recommend Wes and Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown, we will be back. More

He did not have to do that as he had another client waiting for his assistance. I have over two hundred clients and client statisfaction is key to my business. I understand how satisfying people and trying to close a deal works. Wes gets it. It is not always easy and it actually takes highly skilled relationship experts to make it happen. Wes and the other associates at this dealership are top notch in my book. As a single woman purchasing a vehicle alone can be a daunting task. I had the pleasure of dealing with Wes Whetstone for the purchase of my used 2011 Hyundai Sonata (the previous owner traded it in on a Mercedes). Wes was very friendly and easy to deal with.
