(Says a lot about the sales rep / finance manager).I have purchased several vehicles in the past and this dealership by far was the best experience I have ever had. From the Sales Rep Michael Lavrenchik to the Finance Manger Austin Shemon they made the whole experience extremely enjoyable and they really knew their stuff. Their professionalism, attitude, work ethic, and character were within the highest regards of any sales manager/sales representative I have dealt with and/or heard of others dealing with. Mercedes should really be proud that they have them two guys on their team! Job well done to Mercedes and especially to both Sales Rep Michael Lavrenchik and Finance Manger Austin Shemon. I stopped in several years ago and the salesman was very helpful. Although I did not purchase a car at that time, the salesman was still very helpful and called back several times (without being pushy) to helpful. This is the second vehicle i purchased from this dealership. The level of service is outstanding and the employees are all very warm and friendly. He even came to my home the following week to help me program the garage remote!! I did feel that he initially became a bit argumentative when i was trying to negotiate a price on both my trade-in and the new car and i felt that i was about to leave w/o making the purchase but we worked it all out. I think it was just a misunderstanding. In the end it was a very positive experience and i will definitely buy my next car from this dealership. I will also refer my family and friends. More

The Mercedes I felt was the better of the 4 and Barry London was the most helpful salesman of the four dealerships.He answered all my question range. The reason I give Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown such exceptional rating is the high caliber of offered services and professionalism. I 've looked at numerous vehicles and auto dealerships from Baltimor exceptional rating is the high caliber of offered services and professionalism. I 've looked at numerous vehicles and auto dealerships from Baltimore and Frederick Maryland to Greencastle and Chambersburg Pennsylvania. However, Mr. Whetstone was the most professional, knowledgable and most willing to work with the individual. In fact, i was compelled to exhaust all possible options, and even looked next door to to the Toyota division of the Younger Dealership. I wanted Mr. Whestone to show me the car. Because of departmental training, he was unable. Notwithstanding, he walked over and found a capable sales associate. The figures were drive off numbers and a fine car. But, due in part to Mr. Whestone's sales experience, the Benz vehicle and demonstration drive was by far superior. Thank you Mr. Whestone. More

My wife and I had been looking for a C300 for about a year. I visited Wes and after a few weeks my wife was on her way home with the car she wanted. Wes and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure we had the car we wanted at the price we were comfortable paying. In the past 14 years my wife and I have purchased 11 vehicles and I even worked at a Chrysler dealer for 4 years. My wife and myself both felt this was the best car buying experience we have ever had, a lot said from someone who has worked at a dealer in the past! Wes was very friendly and had the greatest "no pressure" sales approach that we both loved. The sales manager worked with my wife when she stopped by and Wes was not there. She said that the rest of the staff all pitched in to make sure that she was taken care of even though our sales guy was off that day. Wes was sure to follow up with us promptly to make sure that everything was taken care of since he was not there one time when she stopped by. Needless to say we have had the car for a little over a week and have enjoyed every second of it. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a Mercedes, or even a quality pre-owned car in the future.
