I finally found the perfect used car but it was 800 miles away!! It’s difficult to buy a car sight-unseen but this one was a Certified Pre-Owned that checked all the boxes for me and my salesman, Kirk made away!! It’s difficult to buy a car sight-unseen but this one was a Certified Pre-Owned that checked all the boxes for me and my salesman, Kirk made buying it easy. Kirk let me inspect the vehicle using FaceTime so I was able to see everything that I wanted to look at up close. The price he quoted was what I paid — no unexpected add-on fees, etc. All the paperwork was handled by Kirk quickly via overnight delivery and he even helped photograph the car being prepped for shipment to my home. And the title arrived the morning after the car was delivered! I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates and Kirk Anderson!! More

Very happy with Nina , not very happy considering we had our car for one week and the check engine light came on.. Yes , we got a loaner, however when I called to see if it was ready, I was told MB had to g our car for one week and the check engine light came on.. Yes , we got a loaner, however when I called to see if it was ready, I was told MB had to get a case file on it due to it being a new platform. Called again today , and same story !!!NOT HAPPY More
