An Awesome Experience I could not be more pleased with the service received at your dealership. Julio is my service manager, and I always feel as though my car receives sp I could not be more pleased with the service received at your dealership. Julio is my service manager, and I always feel as though my car receives special treatment due to his care. I know it doesn't receive special treatment, no more than any other car whose service he manages. But Julio takes care of my car in such an extraordinary way. He is personable, caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. He communicates with me with extraordinary thoughtfulness. I know my car receives the very best servicing at M-B of H.E., and for that I am very appreciative. While I'm at it, I must also thank Char, who does an extraordinary job of setting up loaners. And although I do not know her name, there is also a lovely lady who helped me go over the loaner before it left the service area and then again when it was returned. More
