My vehicle is currently business vehicle is currently still in the Mercedes Benz shop I was told on 8/17 that it was next and still haven’t heard back until I texted today 8/22 My vehicle has been in Mercedes Benz procession for a total of 15 days as of today 8/22 10 days it was lost and couldn’t not be found every time I called I got no answers on what was going on I drove over a hour from my house to come in and speak to someone to only get ( they couldn’t find the vehicle or the key or my info And it wasn’t there fault. And try Orange Park Mercedes Benz After a 30 minute drive there to only find out they don’t service sprinter vans To come back to Jacksonville Mercedes Benz and have them looking it up by vin to find out it’s somewhere on there lot but no one has seen it or the keys
